FLOAT - Sound Healing on Water!

A sound healing session at Hilton Bournemouth where participants float on beds in the pool while Sarah plays crystal bowls and gongs.

R1SE Bournemouth hosts an evening of sound healing on water at the Hilton Bournemouth pool. Guests gather in the spa relaxation lounge at 7pm before sound healer Sarah introduces the session and guides them onto floating beds. She then plays a 60–75 minute soundscape of crystal bowls, gong and other instruments as participants drift on the water, before herbal tea and a goodie bag back in the lounge. The event is not suitable for people with severe tinnitus, pacemakers, pregnancy, epilepsy or certain other conditions.
