About

A subsidised one-day Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) training course with defibrillator training, delivered by Tidal Training and hosted by Cheltenham BID.

This six-hour accredited course is aimed at nominated emergency first aiders in lower-risk workplaces. Candidates learn to assess emergencies, use equipment, perform CPR and use an AED, and treat unconscious casualties, choking, bleeding, shock and minor injuries. Assessment is through practical observation and a multiple-choice test, with successful candidates receiving a Qualsafe Accredited Level 3 EFAW (RQF) certificate. Tea and coffee are provided; attendees bring their own lunch.
