Crypt Sessions: William Jack & The Drone Rangers
About
An intimate acoustic evening of music from William Jack and the Drone Rangers in the Wyley Chapel beneath Coventry Cathedral's ruins.
Food Union and Coventry Cathedral Events present an evening of acoustic music performed in the Wyley Chapel, underneath the ruins of the Cathedral. William Jack, an Australian multi-style cellist and songwriter, blends a jazz guitar background into an unconventional cello style, moving between virtuosic folk and bluegrass and non-Western sound worlds. Doors open from 7:15pm with music beginning at 7:45pm, and drinks are available to purchase. The Crypt is reached by two steps down, with staff on hand to assist, and level-access toilets are located next to the Crypt.
