Miles Davis – Sketches of Spain

Listen to Miles Davis’s Sketches of Spain in a full-album 360° spatial-audio session.

The 1960 recording pairs Davis’s trumpet with Gil Evans’s orchestral arrangements and draws on Spanish classical and flamenco traditions, including Joaquín Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez. The Polygon session presents the complete album in an immersive spatial-audio setting. The page describes recorded artists and repertoire rather than a live performance by Davis or Evans.
