Power in Stillness: Honouring Us

A Restorative yoga and journaling event designed for Black women to find power in stillness, rest, and community.

This 90-minute Restorative Yoga and journaling experience is created especially for Black women. Rooted in the Black History Month theme of "Honouring our Community," the event explores how rest, self-love, and connection can honor oneself and those who came before. The session includes gentle restorative yoga, guided journaling, tea, and connection time.
