A monthly confidential discussion group sharing personal reflections on spiritual and life questions such as meditation, God, ego and free will.

A confidential discussion group meeting on the third Sunday of each month, exploring subjects such as meditation, God, ego, free will, gratitude and life after death. Participants agree guidelines at the start of each meeting — one speaker at a time, silence between speakers, no advice or criticism — and choose the next meeting's topic together. Attendance is by donation with no booking required.
