About
A facilitated monthly discussion group on spiritual awakening, exploring what it means and how to come to self-realisation.
Spirituality and Nonsense is a monthly open discussion group on the second Wednesday of each month, exploring spiritual awakening in all its forms. Facilitated by Damian Tremlett, a counsellor in Psychology of Consciousness, each session offers group discussion, contemplation, growth and support around what awakening means to participants and how to come to self-realisation. Sessions run 18:30–20:30 in the fully accessible Wellspring Room, with attendance by emailing the facilitator and a suggested donation sliding scale.
