Practise sweet pastry and fillings through lemon meringue, blueberry-and-custard and treacle tarts.
The workshop welcomes bakers of all experience levels. Participants must be at least 12, and anyone under 18 must attend with a paying adult. Recipes cannot be adapted through ingredient substitutions; ask the school about allergens before booking.
