Sommelier Rémi Cousin guides a tasting of five premium wines with paired dishes, cheese and a French-recipe demonstration.
A welcome champagne, tasting plates and shared dishes accompany lessons on grapes, regions, production and food pairing. Wines vary between sessions and guests may purchase favourites afterwards. This is one combined tasting and demonstration programme, not separate dinner and cooking records.
