Festive Cookery Demonstration

This seasonal cookery demonstration at The Olive Branch is a two-hour session led by head chef Dean Carroll, who shares his back-to-basics cooking tips using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The day starts with coffee at 10am, with the interactive demonstration running from 10:30am, during which guests can ask questions. At 12:30pm lunch is served — three courses and a glass of wine featuring the dishes prepared — and attendees take home recipe sheets. A second demonstration in the series takes place on Thursday 10th December.
