A full-day hands-on cookery course at the Food Hub Cookery School focused on British game. Participants learn skinning, jointing, plucking and drawing techniques with locally sourced feathered game and venison, then turn different cuts into contemporary dishes such as Mixed Game Wellington and Moroccan Pheasant Pastilla. The day combines practical cooking with demonstrations and includes lunch, refreshments and a recipe pack.
