This full-day, hands-on masterclass teaches participants to make feta, halloumi, mascarpone and whey ricotta at home. The session explores the story of milk, from life in the soil to how seasons and animal types affect its composition, plus how to source and select quality local milk for cheese-making. A seasonal lunch is provided during the day, which runs from 10am to 4pm.
