Sens8 Retreats hosts a two-night Winter Solstice retreat at Trigonos in the Eryri National Park, running from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. The programme includes a guided meditation and sound journey, a reflection circle, wild swimming or nature time, an angel meditation with card readings, a Winter Solstice fire ceremony and live harp music and carols with Welsh harpist Sian Llewelyn. Vegetarian meals and two nights' accommodation are included, with a non-residential option available.
