Run with New Forest Retreat Centre, this three-hour cruise through Poole Harbour combines guided meditation and movement sessions with a ceremonial-grade cacao ceremony, plus light refreshments and water. Daytime sailings run 1–4pm, with occasional sunset cruises in the evening. The experience is framed as a restorative wellbeing journey on the water.
