Soul Sister Sauna & Sea Session

Wild Ways & Lazy Days host a 90-minute women's sauna and sea dip ritual at the Studland Sauna Hut on Knoll Beach, timed to the new or full moon. The session includes guided intention setting, a card pull for reflection, 60 minutes in the wood-fired sauna (17:50–18:50), an optional sea dip and a closing circle. It is open to women aged 16 and over, with health advisories for pregnancy and certain conditions; attendees are asked to bring swimwear, towels and a torch for dark beach paths.
