An intimate evening featuring a blend of meditation, musical mantra/kirtan, and a relaxing sound bath led by Tom and Alex from Atomic Kirtan.
The event begins with a short meditation, followed by singing simple Sanskrit mantras. Participants will then engage in a body scan meditation (Shavasana) before Alex leads a sound bath for approximately 45 minutes. The session concludes with a short compassion meditation.
