Autum Release Floating Sound Bath

Imbue Sound hosts an evening sound bath where participants float on soft beds in a heated indoor pool, wrapped in blankets with eye masks, while sound practitioner Rozi plays her collection of instruments and percussions for an hour of deep relaxation. The session opens with a circle introducing the practice of sound healing through frequency and vibration, and closes with grounding tea and chocolate. Hosted by Rozi of Imbue Sound Healing and Hanna of Hanna's Beauty Spa at a private spa location. The event is suitable for ages 12 and over and lasts two hours.
