Erotique: An Erotic Open Mic and Scratch Night - Vol. 1

A debut erotic scratch night at The Common Press Dalston featuring Black, Brown and Global Majority writers with movement performers and audience open mic slots.

Erotique debuts at The Common Press Dalston, transforming the basement into a 'sultry speakeasy' for a night of sensual performance. Programmed writers and movement performers present erotic pieces, followed by open mic slots where audience members read their own erotica, with submissions closing October 30th. Named after the anthology Erotique Noire: Black Erotica, the stage is reserved for Black and Global Majority voices, though all are welcome to attend. The event runs 7pm to 10pm, is 18+, and takes place in a basement accessible only by stairs.
