Scratch That Itch - The Pilot

A volunteer-led queer scratch night sharing 10-minute new plays rehearsed on the day by emerging writers, actors and directors.

Scratch That Itch's first queer scratch night brings writers, actors, directors and audiences together for an evening of new writing at The Common Press Dalston. A selection of 10-minute plays is rehearsed on the day by actors and directors from the organisers' creative pool, with performances starting at 7:45pm after doors at 7:30pm. The event is a volunteer-led pilot aimed at giving artists space to experiment, take creative risks and meet collaborators, with new stories and bold ideas tried out in front of an audience.
