This wellbeing series session is designed to help participants slow down, stretch, and reconnect with their bodies. Soru's approach combines breathwork, yoga poses, slow flow, and guided meditation, all accompanied by a curated soundscape. All levels, bodies, and ages are welcome, and yoga mats are provided.
