The Ghost Merchants Auction

A sold-out public auction of rare York Ghosts, prototypes and artefacts at Bedern Hall, followed by a Merchants Bingo prize round.

The Ghost Merchants host their first public auction in Bedern Hall, with doors opening at 6pm for a bar and viewing of the lots before bidding begins at 6.45pm, assisted by a professional auctioneer. Around 30 lots of Ghosts and ephemera from the past seven years — prototypes, Black Box Editions and rarities — go under the hammer, alongside artefacts used in films and workshops, with five charity lots donating 100% of winning bids. Six further Ghosts will be won through Merchants Bingo directly after the auction. The event is for ages 18 and over, with payment by card immediately afterwards and no auctioneer's commission.
