Wild Wednesday: Crepuscular Creatures

A family nature session explores the animals active at dawn and dusk through hands-on activities and local habitat discovery.

This October half-term session looks at the animals that appear at dusk and dawn and what happens in Gilbert White’s garden after visitors leave. Wild Wednesdays use hands-on activities to help families notice local wildlife and habitats. Two one-hour sessions are published for 28 October 2026: 11:00–12:00 and 14:00–15:00. At least one adult must attend for every three children; activities may move indoors in poor weather.
