Forest Bathing

A guided nature-connection walk invites participants to slow down, engage their senses in the woodland setting and finish with warming tea.

The guided session follows a leisurely route through the grounds and woodland, using mindful invitations to notice the surroundings, breathe, listen and connect with nature. A woodland tea follows.
