Sounds Aligned: Sound Bath

A live, in-person sound bath session using singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments to guide deep relaxation.

Louise Bell hosts a 90-minute sound bath in the church hall at the Church of the Holy Angels in Poole. Participants get comfortable while singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments are played around them, with sound vibrations intended to ease tension, steady breathing and bring a sense of calm. The session is open to anyone aged 14 and over, with doors opening at 7:25 PM.
