This immersive writing walk guides participants through Hestercombe's landscape gardens, which were designed as a sequence of composed views. Attendees will stop at selected viewpoints to take in the scenery and respond through guided exercises. Led by author and creative writing tutor Jo Middleton, the session focuses on how setting shapes tone, pace, and perspective, allowing writers to bring the location to life on the page.
