A public astronomy and geophysics series brings together short talks on current research and emerging questions.
The October meeting is chaired by Jim Wild and features Ke Zhu on an early Solar System collision, Mike Peel on satellite constellations, and Ualisson Donardelli Bellon on mineral magnetism and planetary magnetic fields. Ke Zhu joins online. The November programme has not yet been announced. The RAS venue reports that its access ramp is temporarily out of order and step-free entry is unavailable; contact events@ras.ac.uk about access requirements.
