Fermenting Vegetables Workshop

A free two-hour workshop exploring vegetable fermentation, with demonstrations and hands-on making inspired by Sandor Katz's Wild Fermentation.

This workshop explores the ideas behind fermenting vegetables, inspired by Sandor Katz's Wild Fermentation book. It includes a demonstration of the processes and a chance for participants to make their own fermented vegetables. The session runs from 1pm to 3pm and is funded by the Argyll and Bute Climate Action Network.
