Fermenting the Harvest - workshop

Join a hands-on workshop to learn the principles of wild fermentation using seasonal vegetables.

Participants will learn how to safely ferment seasonal vegetables using salt and naturally occurring cultures. Anna will guide attendees through the entire process, from preparing and seasoning the vegetables to packing the jar. Everyone will make their own ferment to take home and continue the process. All necessary ingredients and equipment are provided.
