QMUL AI in Education Symposium: Intelligence, and Inclusion, Reimagined
About
A half-day symposium exploring how AI is reshaping learning, teaching and assessment in higher education, with a keynote from Professor Naomi Winstone.
Hosted by the Centre for Excellence in AI in Education at Queen Mary Academy, this symposium asks how educators and students can connect, learn and flourish in an AI-enabled university. It brings together educators, researchers, students, professional services colleagues and external partners to share innovative practice and critical perspectives on AI in learning, teaching, assessment and the student experience. The programme includes a keynote from Professor Naomi Winstone (University of Surrey) titled 'Surviving the Educational Apocalypse: What should we refuse to lose in the age of AI'. The event runs for three hours in the morning.
