Derby Sacred Circle: Samhain

An outdoor Samhain gathering in Allestree Park with guided meditation, a sharing circle, storytelling and seasonal refreshments.

Solstice Nature Connections hosts an evening circle marking Samhain, the Celtic festival that begins the dark half of the year, when the veil between worlds is said to be thin. The two-hour gathering includes a guided meditation, a sharing circle where participants can reflect or simply listen, and warm herbal tea with light snacks. Open to all genders and all experience levels, the event takes place outdoors in the woods, with chairs provided and attendees advised to bring warm layers and waterproofs.
