Forest Bathing at Himley Hall
About
A guided two-hour forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) session in the woodland at Himley Hall & Park, led by an accredited practitioner.
Wildwood Wellness hosts a morning of guided Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, in the woodland at Himley Hall & Park. Led by Diane, an accredited Forest Bathing Practitioner, participants move slowly through sensory invitations to notice their surroundings, with pauses to listen, look and breathe. The session includes a quiet sit spot, optional reflection and sharing, and closes with a tea ceremony. No experience is needed; the route covers uneven woodland ground and a short incline, and attendees are advised to wear sturdy footwear and warm, waterproof layers.
