Rethinking ADHD & Autism
About
An in-person monthly Manchester meetup where Matthew Menzies explores fresh perspectives on ADHD and autism for adults, followed by relaxed discussion.
This in-person session is part of a monthly Manchester meetup for adults with ADHD, autism or both, whether diagnosed, awaiting assessment or exploring whether they may be neurodivergent. Host Matthew Menzies, a Chartered Engineer, Certified ADHD Coach and former Maths Teacher, introduces a different topic each month and facilitates a relaxed, thoughtful discussion. The session lasts 90 minutes, with no pressure to speak publicly, and aims to leave attendees with a useful insight and at least one practical idea for work or everyday life.
