Artwalk Wakefield

A free bi-monthly evening of art, music, performance and heritage across multiple Wakefield city-centre venues, with artists' open studios.

Artwalk is Wakefield's free bi-monthly cultural evening, held on the final Wednesday of every other month. Venues across the city, including Westgate Studios, Wakefield Cathedral, The Art House and Wakefield Museum, open from 5pm to 9pm as galleries, installations and performance spaces. Visitors can explore work in a wide range of disciplines — painting, ceramics, sculpture, photography, music, spoken word and more — and visit artists' open studios.
