Games Design Workshop – Level up your creativity

A one-day games design workshop where participants create their own playable game, learning character design, level building, storytelling and game mechanics.

This hands-on one-day workshop guides participants through creating their very own game, covering character design, level building, storytelling and basic game mechanics. No experience is needed, and by the end of the day attendees will have a playable game to share. The session is taught by the team behind the Herbert's Unearth the Palaeoverse summer exhibition, with 10 spaces available and children able to attend alone as facilitators hold enhanced DBS certificates.
