Lossiemouth LATNEM on the Move

A free face-to-face mental health peer support group for mums, offering a cuppa, cake and informal chat at Lossiemouth Community Hub.

LATNEM hosts an informal peer support meeting for mums in Scotland who need support with their mental health, with no referral or diagnosis required. Attendees can chat over tea and cake about mental health and parenthood, with trained volunteers on hand to offer support and signposting. Babies and children aged five and under are welcome, with play mats and toys provided; the venue has stairs and no disabled access.
