LATNEM hosts an evening face-to-face peer support group for mothers and birthing people in Scotland who need support with their mental health. Attendees can expect a cuppa, cake and an informal chat about mental health and parenthood, with trained volunteers on hand to offer support and signposting. There is no pressure to talk and no formal introductions, and no referral or diagnosis is needed to attend.
