First Thursday Comedy @ The Met, Bury December 2026

A stand-up comedy night at The Met, Bury headlined by Gareth Mutch with Rachel Fairburn, Doug Carter and host Jack Gleadow.

Comedy In A Van's First Thursday comedy club returns to The Met, Bury with a fully seated, 18+ stand-up bill. Scottish comedian Gareth Mutch headlines with his sharp, autobiographical storytelling, while Rachel Fairburn, co-host of the All Killa No Filla podcast, brings her blunt Mancunian wit. Doug Carter takes the middle spot and Hull's Jack Gleadow hosts with his high-energy, one-man variety act. Acts are subject to change and the show contains strong language.
