Sound Bath with Dan Bilbrough a.k.a Sekrit

A relaxing sound bath session led by sound therapist and musician Dan Bilbrough using Himalayan singing bowls, gong and percussion.

Dan Bilbrough, a qualified Sound Therapist with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and a touring musician, curates immersive sounds designed to bring deep relaxation and calm the mind and body. The session uses Himalayan singing bowls, gong and percussion to create soothing vibrations. Attendees should bring something comfortable to lie on and a blanket; spaces are limited and late arrivals may not be admitted after the session begins at 7:30pm.
