LIAF 2026: DISRUPTING THE NARRATIVE: Fears, Freedom & Unlikely Friendships + Screentalk (15)

Ten experimental animated films examine fear, identity and connection, followed by a filmmaker panel.

Co-curated with director Osbert Parker, the programme pairs narrative and non-narrative work by Global Majority filmmakers, touching on emotional and psychological abuse, sexual identity, memory, uncertainty and belonging. A post-screening panel is planned, with participants to be announced.
