Cosy Soundbath Sheriff Hutton Village Church Sunday November 22nd 4pm

A one-hour cosy winter sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes at Sheriff Hutton's village church.

Chantelle Coles leads an hour-long sound bath in the atmospheric setting of St Helen & the Holy Cross church. Participants lie on their own mats and blankets while tones from crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes wash over them, aimed at stress relief, emotional balance and deep relaxation. Attendees are advised to dress warmly as the church can be chilly in November, and the session is not suitable for people with epilepsy or pacemakers or those in the first trimester of pregnancy.
