Black British Ballet Dance Workshop - Canada Water Library

A free Black History Month dance workshop for children aged 3–8 and their parents and carers, blending ballet with African and Caribbean movement.

This one-hour workshop, part of Southwark's Black History Month programme, mixes traditional ballet technique with contemporary, African and Caribbean dance styles. It is aimed at children aged 3 to 8 years together with their parents and carers, and no previous dance training is needed. Places are free but must be booked in advance by email.
