Film: Costume, Art and Design
About
A half-term workshop for 11–19s exploring costume, set and prop design and colour in film art production.
This hands-on half-term project gives young people aged 11 to 19 the chance to explore art production within film, covering costume and uniform design, interior and set design, props and colour schemes that support a film's narrative. Participants will look at how colour, design and visual choices shape the mood and emotional impact of a scene, and how these elements work together to communicate a story to an audience. The session runs from 1pm to 5pm and encourages creative thinking alongside an understanding of how art production brings a film's world to life.
