This seated, guided meditation offers an hour of relaxation, described as scientifically validated to reduce stress and increase positivity. No special equipment or previous experience is needed, and the session is open to adults aged 18 and over. The £5 cost is donated in full to MCKS Charitable Foundation UK, which provides food and toiletries to schools. Free parking is available at the venue.
