Community Drop-In – Yatton

Wessex Water holds a community drop-in at Yatton Library where customers can ask questions and discuss billing or other queries.

Wessex Water runs community drop-in sessions at libraries and community venues across its region, giving customers a chance to speak to the company in person. At the Yatton sessions, people can raise queries including billing matters, and anyone with a billing enquiry is encouraged to bring a recent bill or their customer number. The drop-in runs from 10am to 12pm on the published dates.
