A free 30-minute lunchtime clarinet recital by Sophia McKinney playing Baermann, Finzi, Sutermeister and Tchaikovsky.
Clarinetist Sophia McKinney gives a 30-minute lunchtime recital in the Jacqueline du Pré Music Building, performing Baermann's Introduction and Polonaise, Gerald Finzi's 'Prelude' from Five Bagatelles, Sutermeister's Capriccio and Tchaikovsky's 'October: Autumn Song' from The Seasons. The concert is part of the JdP's popular lunchtime recital series showcasing talented young musicians from St Hilda's and across the University, curated by Director of College Music Dr Jonathan Williams. All are welcome with no booking required, and the concert will also be streamed on the JdP YouTube channel.
