Strata: Artist talk with Jeremy Gardiner

An engaging artist talk exploring Jeremy Gardiner's practice and the coastal landscape of Dorset, held during the exhibition opening.

The talk accompanies the opening of Jeremy Gardiner’s exhibition, Strata. Gardiner’s work celebrates the Jurassic Coast on the 25th anniversary of its UNESCO World Heritage Site designation. He uses various techniques, including cutting, scraping, and marbling, to reflect the passage of geological time. The exhibition features 20 paintings on poplar panel and 80 on handmade paper.
