Amulet

Experimental folk duo Amulet premiere a new LP-length work created on the Isle of Mull, combining original music, field recordings, granite samples and local voices.

Glasgow-based experimental folk duo Amulet (Joseph Flower and Isaac Tendler) perform the Glasgow premiere of a new LP-length piece created during a 2026 residency at KNOCKvologan Studio on the Isle of Mull. The work responds to the historic Ross of Mull granite quarries, combining original music, environmental field recordings, samples of granite, and the voices, songs and words of local people from 1850 to today. The performance also marks the launch of the piece's recorded release.
