About
Ride vintage steam locomotives on the museum’s demonstration line, with unlimited rides during the day and access to the railway buildings, restoration shed and displays.
Steam Day offers unlimited rides in vintage carriages behind one of the museum’s steam locomotives. The museum is open 10:00–17:00; train rides run during the day, generally between 10:30 or 11:00 and 15:00, with no fixed timetable. The Platform Two Café is open 10:00–16:00; winter food service ends at 14:00.
