Dinner Candle Holder Workshop

A hand-building pottery taster class at SkandiHus's De Beauvoir studio where participants make a dinner candle holder from clay.

This early-evening taster class introduces the basics of working with clay through hand-building techniques such as slab building and coiling, with each participant making a dinner candle holder. The session begins with a short introduction to the studio, materials and techniques, and finishes with participants choosing their favourite piece to be glazed and fired, ready for collection within eight weeks. All clay, materials and firings are included in the price, and the class is aimed at anyone wanting to learn the basics of pottery.
