Folde Deeper – Wellbeing Day Retreat

A day retreat of movement, breathwork, nature, sauna and deep rest led by Carl Faure and Calli Popham at Borde Hill.

The second Folde Deeper retreat, The Homecoming, brings Carl Faure and Calli Popham together for a restorative day at Borde Hill. The programme includes guided movement and yoga, gentle breathwork, conversation and reflection, a seasonal lunch, time in nature and use of the wood-fired Sauna Oreka in the woodland. Open to everyone, with no previous yoga or movement experience required.
